Viljamaa country lodge

Viljamaa country lodge is situated on the shores of lake Mäntyjärvi in East Finland. Surrounded by fields and forests, you will experience the rural life of Finland. During your stay you have the opportunity to enjoy several local activities such as fishing, exploring the nature trails, shooting the rapids and more. Our location is also a perfect starting point for several excursions like Koli (nature park), Kuopio (major city), two orthodox monasteries or the mining town of Outokumpu. And of course, you can experience a real Finnish sauna at the lake side. For the ultimate sauna experience you could even try our smoke sauna.

Accommodation

We offer 2/3 persons bedrooms with TV and shower/toilet. Some rooms are linked and can be used as an apartment. Those rooms also have a kitchenette.

Restaurant

Meals are not included in the room rates but are available on request. We can serve meals for individuals as well as for groups. Our bar is fully licensed. Some suggestions: Traditional country dinner: (14,= €) Cold buffet: (15,= €) Party dinner: (20,= €)
